Highly accurate (0.08 mm), repeatable, CNC-controlled results without a heat-affected zone (HAZ). High-Pressure Targeted Washing and Deburring
Water is pressurized up to 245 MPa and injected by CNC control. The impact force of the injection effectively removes burrs and chips - without relying on chemicals.
High-pressure / high-velocity water removes chips quickly and effectively for impactful cleaning quality. By combining the right nozzles with targeted positioning, Jet Clean Center systems save time, energy, and cost. As production needs change, cleaning conditions can also change via new CNC programming, allowing for quick response and adaptability.


Submerged and Open Air Cleaning
High-pressure water jet deburring and cleaning is exceptionally good at removing chips and debris from hard-to-reach places within a workpiece. Our expertise in harnessing the power of water is why manufacturers trust us when they're working with complex parts.
With both submerged and open-air cleaning - often combined in one system - you get a synergistic effect, with high-pressure jets and cavitation creating a vortex that is especially powerful.

Features of underwater washing with U-Jet
When high-pressure water is jetted underwater, cavitation is generated (fine bubbles). As these bubbles collapse, they generate an impact pressure of several GPa, and that power is harnessed for cleaning and removing residual chips from internal passageways within a part, even if the geometry is complex and challenging.
Open-Air Deburring and Washing
High cleaning effect in and around the area where high-pressure water collides. Ideal for parts with many taps, for deburring cross holes, and deep oil passage holes.
