KEY FEATURES OF BRQ-TX01
Built-in tilt floating mechanism
Easy to Adjust
Comes with heavy, medium, and light spring options.
The BRQ-TX01 was designed for effortless adjustment to suit your needs.
Each model comes equipped with a medium tension spring as standard, with both light and heavy springs included for added versatility.
With its one-touch replacement feature, changing tools and springs is quick and simple.
One-Touch Tool Replacement - Just 3 Seconds
Remove the tip floater by pulling the trigger. Simple to setup and change for ease of use.
Easy Maintenance - No Tools Required
No disassembly tools needed. Easy daily maintenance to maximize the usage time.
Replace springs without disassembling or tools.
The rear cap is attached and removed by hand, and no tools are required to replace the spring. The chamfer width changes based on spring strength and will be a guiding factor in spring selection.
Corresponds to 12,000min-1 high-speed rotation
Shorten cycle times with high-speed, high-feed processing
In telescopic floating processing, the relationship between rotational speed and feed speed is 1:0.3 to 0.6.
The higher the permissible speed, the higher the feed can be processed.
Also, the higher the speed, the smaller the change in the chamfer width due to the feed speed.
A stable finish from the start
Float processing can result in unstable finishing near the processing starting point. Barriquan’s higher spindle speeds deliver a uniform chamfer width even from the start.
Carbide rotary bar can be used under the recommended conditions
Carbide tools with a diameter of φ10 to φ16 are recommended for float processing.
The recommended rotational speed of a general carbide tool of this size is often around 10,000 to 15,000 min-1. By adhering to the recommended value, you can increase the tool life.
