The Hydro-Speed Regulator is a hydraulic feed speed control unit that can freely adjust the feed rate of an air cylinder to any desired speed, from low to high.

Two control methods are available based on application requirements: Spring Return and Air Return.

  • Easily adjusted feed rate with incremented dial
  • Available types: Spring Return Type RB and Air Return Type R

When the load on the piston rod is removed, it holds its position until air is supplied to return it. This is effective for step feed control.

  • The piston rod can be held at any position during the stroke for efficient step feeding.

  • A long-stroke model is available to accommodate a broad range of applications.
